I’m participating in Cornflake Dreams’ Summer Bucket List link up! Here are some little things I wanna cross off this summer:
- Movies Outdoors is something I must do every year. Watching movies on a blanket under the stars…yes!
- I was raised in South Georgia and grew up near the beach. Now, I live several hours away, so I make an annual pilgrimage and just listen to the waves crash.
- While we all know I’m no chef, I would love to make some homemade ice cream (my fave flavor is Spumoni). I wanna try it sans buying an ice cream maker. Off to Google I go!
- My collegiate background is in English, so I usually read highbrow stuff. But when summer comes along, I want trashy or funny novels to read (especially at the beach!). Suggestions?
- Master the fishtail braid—the perfect summer hairstyle. LoveMaegan has a great tutorial.

ReplyDeleteOk, so they aren't trashy, and they're kind of old news... but I just tore through the Hunger Games series. They were such easy, BUT GREAT, summer reads!!

I love the fishtail braid! I have been rocking it lately so that it falls to the side. I can never get it to look like that - straight down the back. Grr. reason #31278 I need someone else to do my hair.

My absolute favorite funny novels are Bridget Jones Diary and the one that followed- Edge of Reason... Perfect girl novels, and so much better than the movies =).
