Check out: Touch In Sol Cosmetics

Elle Sees Fact #19394 I love beauty products from other countries! I do! I'll share some of my faves tomorrow, but in the meantime, check out Touch In Sol Cosmetics! They are a Korean cosmetics company  that sent me some beauty goodies for winter that I love:

Feel Like Honey Moon Skin Base-This gel goes on the skin to firm and promote elasticity, with ingredients such as hyaluronic acid and honey extract. I noticed the texture, smell, and look was similar to aloe vera gel. But this skin base had no stickiness and sunk right into the skin. There are small gold flecks, which were noticable on my face. Instead, I liked using this on my hands and decolletage. My dry skin was instantly hydrated and smoothed. I liked it.

Here For Your Point Eye Lip Remover-A makeup remover with two mixable layers, with ingredients like green tea and vitamin E. I found it to work well on removing mascara, even waterproof. I experienced no eye irritation or sensitivity and the formula was not sticky.

Perfection Complexion Lip Tint #1 Crystal Cherry-A liquid gel formula that has buildable, natural color. I used this on my cheeks as well. It smelled like cherries! It's a great way to have natural or vivid red lips that are fool-proof.

Solid Duo Gel Eyeliner in #1 Black & White Purple--This is a unique product has an eyeliner and a highlighter. I had some trouble with the highlighter showing up under my bottom lashes, but it worked well on my waterline and inner corners. The purple liner was easy to apply and very wearable.

In the Skin Renovation BB Cream-Touch In Sol has several BB creams in their line. This BB cream has spf 36 and is great for oily skin. Ingredients include chamomile  lavender  aloe vera, and green tea extracts. Naturally, the shade I was sent was too light for my skin, but I really loved the results. It offered good coverage for a BB cream and I was impressed that it looked nice on my dry skin. It had a smooth, soft finish.

No "Poreblem" Primer--I couldn't find any info on the website about this product, but it is a primer that diminishes pores and wrinkles. The consistency is thin and I didn't see a big reduction in pores/wrinkles. I tested it with my foundation and the BB cream I was sent, and it helped both to last.

Wearing every product reviewed

Overall:
The liner and lip tint were full-sized, and the other products were samples. I liked the BB cream and Honey Skin Base the best, but all of the products worked well. While I was sent just a sampling, they have lots of different products to check out. Thanks, Touch In Sol!

  3. Interesting, although if they are from another country, it would probably be a bit difficult to stock up regularly... x

  12. I'm curious about that BB cream. BB creams are originally from southeast asia and i find that the best brands are from there. I've tried Garnier, Maybelline, Revlon, etc and those should not even be called BB creams because they do not work as wonderfully magically as the Dr. Jart's or the Skin79, which are Korean brands! Ill have to see if I can find this on amazon!

  16. I learn so much about make-up every time I come to your blog :) I'm totally out of my depth as soon as I leave the confines of a department store and yet I know there are so many {vastly more affordable} products out there I could be using - thanks for all of the introductions you do!

  20. I especially love Asian brands... Sometimes when I go to Hong Kong, I just grab a basket and start throwing random products into it. I'm bound to find a winner at some point, right? :)

  21. I think that the honey base sounds lovely. The rest? I probably wouldn't need, but I do have a fascination with beauty products that is borderline odd. I only wear lipstick and blush most of the time. I wash my face twice a day and moisturize and use eye cream. But, I could wander up and down the cosmetics/beauty aisles of stores for hours. I never buy much, I just like knowing that it's there. Weird, yes?
